# Shopily Global Free Shipping Policy

Shopily is proud to offer **free international shipping on all orders** shipped outside of China. No minimum order value, no complicated conditions—just simple, transparent shipping worldwide.

## 1. Coverage

Global free shipping applies to all countries and regions where Shopily provides international delivery, including but not limited to:

- **North America**: United States (including Alaska & Hawaii), Canada
- **Europe**: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Sweden, Ireland, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Portugal, Greece, Switzerland, Norway, and other major European countries
- **Asia‑Pacific**: Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand
- **Middle East**: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Qatar, Kuwait
- **Latin America**: Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, and others (delivery times may be longer in some remote areas, but shipping remains free)
- **Other regions**: South Africa, Russia (selected cities), etc.

> If the system allows you to place an order to your address, free shipping applies. A very small number of destinations may be unavailable due to sanctions, conflict, or lack of postal service.

## 2. Free Shipping Rules

1. **No minimum purchase**  
   Any order amount—from $1 to $1,000+—qualifies for free international shipping.

2. **All items included (with very few exceptions)**  
   All products are covered unless explicitly marked “excluded from global free shipping” on the product page. Exceptions are rare and typically limited to:
   - Oversized items (single side >120cm or dimensional weight >30kg)
   - Perishable goods requiring cold‑chain logistics
   - Custom‑made furniture, heavy machinery, vehicles  
   (For such items, shipping costs will be clearly shown on the product page.)

3. **Standard international shipping only**  
   Free shipping applies to our **Standard International Mail** service. If you need faster delivery, you can upgrade to Priority Shipping or Express Courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) at an additional cost.

4. **Multiple parcels per order**  
   If an order is split into multiple parcels due to weight or size limits, all parcels are shipped free of charge.

## 3. Delivery Time

## 4. Duties & Taxes

**Free shipping covers only the international freight cost.** It does **not** include import duties, VAT, GST, or customs handling fees charged by the destination country.

- For **DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)** shipments, duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. You will not need to pay anything upon delivery.
- For **DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)** shipments, the carrier will collect applicable taxes from the recipient.
- If a package is returned or abandoned because the recipient refuses to pay customs fees, the actual shipping cost (which was waived for free shipping) will be deducted from any refund.

## 5. Returns & Refunds – Shipping Cost Handling

- **Non‑quality returns (buyer’s remorse)**  
  Although the original outbound shipping was free, if you return an item for non‑quality reasons, Shopily will deduct the actual shipping cost incurred from your refund.

- **Quality issues / wrong item / missing item**  
  Shopily covers all return shipping costs. No deductions will be made.

- **Partial refunds**  
  If only part of an order is returned, the free shipping benefit for the shipped items remains unaffected; no retroactive shipping charges apply.

## 6. Special Cases

- **Promotions**  
  Global free shipping is our standard policy and works alongside discounts, coupons, and promotions—no conflicting shipping fees.

- **Incorrect address**  
  If a package is returned or needs reshipment due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, the reshipment cost will be borne by the buyer. The original outbound shipping remains free (covered by Shopily).

- **Force majeure**  
  Delays caused by extreme weather, customs inspections, or public events do not affect the free shipping policy. No additional charges will apply.

**Q1: Is there really no minimum order value? Even a $1 item ships for free?**  
A: Yes. As long as the product page does **not** state “excluded from global free shipping” and your address is within our serviceable regions, you will pay no international shipping fees.

**Q2: Does every country qualify?**  
A: Any country that appears as a valid shipping destination at checkout qualifies for free shipping. If a destination cannot be served with free shipping, the checkout page will clearly show the applicable shipping cost.

**Q3: Is free shipping slow?**  
A: We use standard international mail, which offers reliable delivery times typical for cross‑border e‑commerce. If you need faster delivery, you may upgrade to Priority or Express service at an additional cost.

**Q4: What if my order contains an oversized item?**  
A: Very few oversized items are marked as “excluded from global free shipping.” For the vast majority of regular products, free shipping applies.
